1、表面親水觀察

就是將經除油后的制件在清水中浸漬后取出，觀察水在除油制件表面的停留狀態。完全親水的表面會有一層均勻的水膜，多余的水流下后，表面仍然是完全濕潤的。如果有局部除油不好，那里就會出現水花或油斑，即水膜會出現一些基本上是圓形的不濕潤區域；如果在大部分除油不好，制件基本上表面為不親水，從清水中取出后表面的水會很快滴下而不濕潤。

A completely hydrophilic surface will have a uniform water film, and even after excess water flows, the surface remains completely moist. 首先用白色干凈的紙巾對除油后的表面進行揩擦，再看紙巾表面是否留下油污痕跡，如果除油干凈的表面，紙巾上只有水漬；而除油不干凈的表面，在紙巾上會有油污的痕跡。極薄的油膜是透明的，用肉眼無法看到，但用紙巾揩后，油污被收集到紙巾上而容易顯現出來。

3、用達因筆測試

一般我們都用這種方法測試清洗油污干不干凈，因為它比較簡單方便，首先準備好一只達因筆，然后在已除油的工件表面畫上一條線條，如果除油干凈，工件表面上的線條墨水是不會收縮散開，清洗可見；如果除油不干凈，工件表面上的線條會收縮、線條模糊、顏色變淺。

We usually use this method to test whether the cleaning oil stains are dry or not, because it is relatively simple and convenient. First, prepare a dyne pen, and then draw a line on the surface of the degreased workpiece. If the degreasing is clean, the ink on the surface of the workpiece will not shrink or scatter, making cleaning visible; If the oil removal is not clean, the lines on the surface of the workpiece will shrink, become blurry, and the color will become lighter.
